Welcome and thanks for visiting!

As Artistic & Executive Director of Imago Theatre in Tiohtiá:ke/Montréal, Canada, I received the Montreal English Theatre Award META for Outstanding Direction for Imago/Geordie's 2024 production of The Wolves by Sarah DeLappe. I recently directed the first new production of the award winning play CRASH by Pamela Mala Sinha.

​I am currently in residence at The Stratford Festival directing Oscar Wilde's The Importance of Being Earnest.

Just announced! The world premiere of Margaret Laurence's The Diviners, adapted by Vern Thiessen with Yvette Nolan at the Stratford Festival 2024 will have another life at The National Arts Centre English & Indigenous Theatre in January 2027.

I will open The Grand Theatre’s 2026/27 season with Dracula: Comedy of Terrors.

​I have served as Apprentice Artistic Director at The Grand Theatre, Associate Artistic Director/Director of New Play Development at Royal Manitoba Theatre Centre, where I shepherded to premiere such works as The Women of the Fur Trade by Frances Koncan and Burning Mom by Mieko Ouchi, and the founding Artistic Director of zone41 theatre. I trained at TMU in acting, Shaw Festival's Neil Munro Directing Project and Stratford Festival's Langham Director's Workshop and am the recipient of the Jean Gascon Award (Stratford Festival) and the Gina Wilkinson Prize.
